INOK TM Ltd provide technical and crewing management for Russian and foreign Owners. Fleet in management there are up to 70 vessels, approximately, 60 % of which under flag of Russia and 40 % flying foreign flags . Main part of vessels are not older than 5 years. The main purpose of branch office is recruiting well expirienced seafarers for ocean going and “river-sea” going vessels . Other main task is ” growing up” own high skiled specialists. Main way for solution of this matter is a cooperation with marine colleges and providing possibilities of practice on board vessels for cadets of marine colleges.

So as many of russian seafarers located in south region this is a reason why INOK TM has opened branch office Novorossiysk. Procedure of openoing took place on 30 January 2020.
