INOK TM is certified in accordance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, with a valid Document of Compliance for a range of vessel types.
Presently, INOK TM has more than 71 vessels in full management, which are including Oil tankers, Chemical tankers, Bulk Carriers, General cargo ships, Tugs, Barges (oil and general cargo), special purpose vessels (Crane vessels) and supervises construction of new building of over 10 vessels.
All aspects of ship management meet the requirements of the International Safety Management Code, TMSA OCIMF and highest industry requirements. The Company is an official member of the International Association of Dry Cargo Ship Owners (INTERCARGO).

INOK TM, headquarterd in St.Petersburg, was founded in 2012 as Private Company by independence Russian ship owners.
The company was originally created for the management of ships owned by the shareholders of the Company. The initial philosophy was the desire to create a kind of own ’and focused on safe and long-term operation of ships management with optimally balanced costs. After several years of successful management and quite good performance, the company began to receive offers from other shipowners. As a result, the number of fleets has become noticeably increased due to the ships that were taken under management.
With full confidence we can say that the success of the company is owed to hard work, good fortune and the valuable support of committed personnel, both onboard and ashore. This allowed us grew from a small operator to an operational leader and successful vessel Ship Management company in the shipping market.
