Since 2012, INOK TM provides a complete range of integrated ship management services for our clients. INOK TM is certified in accordance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, with a valid Document of Compliance for a range of vessel types.
Presently, INOK TM has more than 71 vessels in full management, which are including Oil tankers, Chemical tankers, Bulk Carriers, General cargo ships, Tugs, Barges (oil and general cargo), special purpose vessels (Crane vessels) and supervises construction of new building of over 10 vessels.
All aspects of ship management meet the requirements of the International Safety Management Code, TMSA OCIMF and highest industry requirements. The Company is an official member of the International Association of Dry Cargo Ship Owners (INTERCARGO).

Since 1995, INOK provides professional technical management services, crew management and controls over implementation of shipbuilding projects for shipowner’s operation vessels all over the world, both at sea and on inland waterways. The Company manages the most modern and largest fleet of river-sea vessels in Russia, oil tankers, bulk carriers and auxiliary fleet under various flags and classification societies. The company actively develops international projects, ensures the safe and efficient operation of vessels in the most difficult conditions. According to the requirements of the ISM Code, the Company is the holder of the Document of Compliance issued by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, and annually passes safety management system audits.
